Who we are
Secret Makeup is operated by the sole proprietorship Maryna Parkhomenko-Marina Parkhomenko, VAT number 142117293, Kallithea Tax Office. The studio is at 107 Dimitrakopoulou Street, Kallithea, Athens. For personal-data enquiries contact info@secretmakeup.gr.
Information we collect
The contact form records your name, email, optional phone number, selected service and message. Checkout records your contact details, service or product, quantity, amount, payment method, preferred time and notes. Billing or shipping addresses are requested where needed for payment or product delivery.
We record order status, payment references and delivery status for related emails. We do not store card numbers, CVVs or online-banking passwords. The website has no customer accounts or cart tracking and does not automatically subscribe visitors to advertising lists. Please avoid sending medical information through the form.
Why we use the information
We use the information to answer requests, organise services and deliveries, verify payments and handle changes, cancellations or complaints. Processing relies on necessary pre-contractual steps or performance of the transaction, statutory tax obligations, and legitimate interests in security and resolving disputes. Submitting an enquiry is not consent to advertising.
Cloudflare provides hosting, website protection and Turnstile form verification. Technical information such as IP addresses and browser information may be processed for these purposes; we do not use it for advertising profiles or tracking products you viewed.
Who has access
Access is restricted to authorised studio personnel and necessary providers: Cloudflare for hosting, storage and security, Zoho and the studio’s configured recipients for email, and payment providers when you use the relevant method. Delivery details may be shared with the carrier to fulfil an order. The accountant or competent authorities receive information required for legal obligations.
Card payments, when available, take place on the bank’s page. Card details are entered there. Providers may process data outside the EEA; you can request information about the relevant providers and transfer safeguards from the studio.
How long we keep information
We retain enquiries and contact details while needed to respond, organise the service and address any related dispute. Closed enquiries are reviewed for deletion or anonymisation, with a target review within twelve months of their completion. Technical email records are retained while needed for delivery and troubleshooting.
Necessary accounting records are generally retained for five years after the end of the relevant period, or longer where legislation, a pending audit or dispute requires it. This period does not automatically apply to every message or incomplete order. Earlier transactions are assessed using the same criteria; keeping a history is not a reason for indefinite retention. Contact the studio for information about retention of specific records.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability, where applicable, at info@secretmakeup.gr. A customer account is not required. We may request only the information necessary to verify your identity. We normally respond within one month; if a lawful extension is needed, we tell you within the first month. Erasure may be limited where retention is necessary for a legal obligation or claim.
You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
Security and third-party content
We use HTTPS, restricted administration access and form validation. No system guarantees absolute security. The Google Maps embed loads automatically on the contact page. The embedded YouTube player loads when you select play; previews may request images from Google before playback. Videos hosted on this website do not require a YouTube player. See our cookie policy.
