Enquiries and orders do not require a customer account or password. Customers must provide accurate contact details, check their service or product selection and read the amount and instructions before submitting.
A preferred date and time is an availability request. Submission or payment does not automatically confirm an appointment; the studio contacts you for final confirmation. An appointment deposit is distinct from the total service price, as shown before submission.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. For bank transfers, follow the instructions and your order reference. If a payment appears charged but you have no confirmation, contact the studio before paying again. Card payments, when offered, are completed on the bank’s page.
Personal data
Information is used to handle your enquiry or transaction under the data protection policy. Submission does not subscribe you to a newsletter or advertising list. For requests concerning your information contact info@secretmakeup.gr; no customer account is needed.
Changes and cancellations
Contact the studio to change or cancel an appointment. Deadlines and conditions are described in the cancellation policy. These conditions remain subject to mandatory consumer rights.
