When we speak and smile, our lips draw attention. With semi-permanent lip makeup you will have beautiful, well-shaped lips for a long time, without worrying that your lipstick has worn off.
Semi-permanent lip makeup is water-resistant: it will not wash off when you eat or drink, swim in the sea or go to the gym.
Now, with the modern nano-spray technique, your lips will look fuller and more dazzling.
The nanotechnology machine I use in my studio lets us correct the shape of your lips (where there are asymmetries) and enhance their natural colour.
Alternatively, if you wish, a specific, more intense shade of your choice can be used. With semi-permanent lip makeup – lip shading with the nano-spray technique, your lips will look bigger and fuller. That way, with just a lip gloss, you will have well-shaped, “plump” lips. Semi-permanent lip makeup also corrects flawed, crooked or faded lip lines.
This is for you if:
- You want a naturally defined shape.
- You have small, lacklustre lips.
- You don’t have a good outline.
- There are some imperfections.
- You don’t have a good shape and colour.
- You want to enhance your lips.
I love what I do, and I do it with impeccable professionalism and with all my heart.
If I can help you, call me. I will be happy to answer any questions you may have!
I look forward to welcoming you to my studio with love.
What result does semi-permanent lip makeup give?
Semi-permanent lip makeup – lip shading with nano-spray – is the most effective solution for giving your lips shape and colour. Let’s be clear: semi-permanent lip makeup does not plump the lips the way hyaluronic acid injections do, but it adds colour and slightly improves the shape.
“There are many different techniques, and they go by different names. So as not to confuse you with their names here, we will discuss this in person, depending on the result you want.
With this particular technique we can achieve a 100% natural result. The outline will not look harsh, because it is gradually blended away with the shading towards the centre of the lips – so the light shading covers the whole surface of the lips.
How is semi-permanent lip makeup applied?
Semi-permanent makeup, also known as micropigmentation, is a professional technique. During the application we use special machines that, through a very fine needle, deposit the pigment under the skin, at an inner-epidermal level.
The machine I use for the micropigmentation (semi-permanent makeup) is of the latest nano-technology and one of the best in the world, from the leading Italian brand ‘BIOTEK’.
The needles used are disposable and sterile, in specially sealed packaging.
The quality of the products obviously affects the price.
Cheap machines of dubious quality and origin pose risks to your health (transmission of hepatitis, AIDS, etc.). These machines come into direct contact with the needle, and simple disinfection is not enough to rule out these risks!
The machines I use in my studio have no contact with the disposable needles, so any possibility of transmitting infectious diseases is eliminated. So be careful, because a very low price for semi-permanent makeup means a cheap machine and cheap pigments, with all the negative consequences.
Semi-permanent lip makeup price:
In my studio I combine top quality with friendly prices!
Ask me!
The price will be a pleasant surprise.
Once I decide to have semi-permanent lip makeup, will I need any special preparation?
No special preparation is needed on your part. However, if you have ever had cold sores on your lips or anywhere else on your body, you should take antiviral tablets for herpes from the pharmacy. Start two days before the procedure and continue for the following three days.
Why is this done?
During the procedure, the needle touches nerve cells that irritate the virus. As a result, it is activated and shows up as sores on the lips. If it breaks out in that area, the colour will not hold. To prevent this from happening, we take the tablets.
What is the procedure for applying semi-permanent lip makeup?
First we will talk, and you will tell me what you want to change about your lips.
Then I will make a suggestion and draw the shape of your lips with a pencil (of course taking your wishes into account).
Once the design is ready and you are happy with it, I will begin applying the semi-permanent lip makeup.
Does semi-permanent lip makeup hurt?
The skin on the lips is very thin and sensitive, so you may feel some discomfort during the procedure. However, I use a topical anaesthetic in cream form, which helps a great deal.
What pigments are implanted in my skin?
It is very important which pigment is used for your semi-permanent makeup.
In my studio I use high-quality, hypoallergenic ECO pigments. They are organic, semi-permanent pigments from reputable European companies, produced under the strict rules of European legislation (Biotek, Swiss Color, Nouveau Contour).
How long does semi-permanent lip makeup take?
Drawing the shape with the pencil and then applying the makeup takes about 2 hours in total.
How many sessions are needed to see the result, and how long does it last?
Two to three sessions may be needed. We cannot know this for certain in advance.
Sessions are spaced about a month apart. Why? Because the healed colour result equals the shade of the pigment used combined with the natural colour of your lips.
After three weeks we will have a clear result, and that is when we book the next appointment.
With every visit, the colour improves and the result becomes more beautiful.
The same applies to how long the result lasts: it can last one to two years. This depends on your skin, your hormones and your age.
Every year, I recommend a touch-up to refresh the colour.
Is aftercare needed right after the procedure? Will my lips swell?
Yes, after semi-permanent makeup your lips will swell and stay swollen for about 24 hours. This depends on your body.
You will apply the cream that I recommend for 10 days. For the first few days after the procedure, avoid hot food and drinks and try not to get your lips too wet.
Kissing is also not allowed for 5 days, because of the risk of infection.
Scabs form on the treated area, as on a wound that has closed. These crusts will fall off on their own within 4-5 days.
It is important not to pick at the crust and to let it fall off by itself.
Laser:
If you have laser hair removal on your upper lip, be careful, because it may change the colour of the pigment, and this cannot be corrected.
