Cancellation Policy

An appointment can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before it, while a cancellation can only be accepted more than 48 hours before the appointment. Otherwise, the amount paid is not refunded. The business is not obliged to refund the amount the client has deposited if the appointment is cancelled.
